Product Liability
Negligently designed products or products that are poorly manufactured too often cause serious injury or death. Product liability cases seek compensation for the injuries or deaths caused by these products. Examples of defects causing injury or death are nutritional supplements or drugs that are improperly mixed or which are not adequately tested before being put on the market, car roofs that fail during rollovers, auto seat belts that are not properly designed to prevent a passenger from sliding under the seatbelt in a frontal collision, and exploding products. The Pittman Firm, P.A. has been privileged to successfully represent many victims against manufacturers and retailers of products such as these.
