Born in Chester, South Carolina, Wes Pittman concentrates his practice
of law in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence,
product liability, and employment discrimination. As the founder of The
Pittman Firm, P.A., he is dedicated to serving the interests of injured
people and consumers. His vow to represent people, not insurance companies
or corporations, has been upheld through the firm's history.
He is licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts, U.S. District
Courts of Florida, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh
Circuits. In addition, he has been frequently involved in cases in other
states throughout the U.S. and in foreign jurisdictions, including England,
Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy.
Mr. Pittman has lectured extensively at professional conferences throughout
the United States, Europe, and Asia on matters relating to personal injury
and death cases. He has authored numerous professional articles for attorneys
practicing in these areas.
He has served multiple terms on the board of directors of the Florida Justice
Association, formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and
on its executive committee. Attorney Pittman is a Florida member of the
Association of Plaintiffs Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA).
He is married to Jan Pittman, and they have three children. During his
free time, Mr. Pittman’s hobbies include flying hot air balloons,
airplanes, helicopters, fly fishing, and photography. His wife is a world

Meet Attorney Patria Fitzpatrick Maulden
Patria Fitzpatrick Maulden is a native of the northwest Florida area. She
grew up in Wewahitchka, FL and has resided in Panama City, FL for the
last 30 years.
Patria F. Maulden is an honors graduate of Gulf Coast Community College
and Auburn University. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Wake Forest University
School of Law in 1982, where she served as a law review editor. Patria
F. Maulden was admitted to Florida Bar in 1982 and the Mississippi Bar
in 1993. She has extensive experience in personal injury litigation.
